Overview

At Roitsa, led by Rohit Kumar, we strive to provide high-quality digital services including web development, SEO, and graphic design. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed to maintain a fair working relationship between us and our clients.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are only considered if the project has not entered the primary development or execution phase. Once resources have been allocated and work has commenced, the following rules apply:

  • Requests made within 24 hours of payment (and before project kickoff).
  • If Roitsa is unable to initiate the project due to unforeseen internal reasons.

Non-Refundable Services

To protect our time and expertise, certain scenarios are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed projects or delivered digital assets.
  • Services that have already been launched (e.g., live SEO campaigns or hosted websites).
  • Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting fees, or premium plugin licenses.

Project Cancellation & Partial Refunds

If a client chooses to cancel a project mid-way, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Roitsa. This amount will be calculated by deducting the man-hours already spent and the milestone costs achieved.

Processing Time

Approved refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment source or via a mutually agreed bank transfer.

Final Decision Rights

All final decisions regarding refunds and project cancellations are reserved by Roitsa and Rohit Kumar. We aim to be ethical and client-focused, resolving all disputes through professional dialogue.
