2. Services Provided

Roitsa specializes in web development and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Business Websites and E-Commerce platforms
• SEO Optimization and Performance Tuning
• WhatsApp Integration and API setup
• Domain registration, Hosting management, and ongoing Support

3. Payment Terms

All projects require a mutually agreed-upon initial deposit before work commences. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion or at specific milestones. Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension of services or hosting.

4. Project Timelines and Revisions

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet these deadlines, complex features or delayed feedback may extend the timeline. Projects typically include a set number of revisions; additional major revisions outside the initial scope may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the final website design and content. Roitsa retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our websites may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or changes made by these third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roitsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, server downtime, or third-party breaches.
